The New Labour Codes in Action (Online)
October 23,2026 – 11.00am to 5.00pm

The New Labour Codes mark a significant transformation in India’s labour and employment framework, aimed at simplifying compliance, strengthening worker protections, promoting social security, and creating a more transparent and business-friendly environment. With the transition from multiple existing labour laws to four comprehensive Codes, organisations need to understand not only the legal changes but also their practical impact on employment contracts, wages, working hours, benefits, workplace policies, and statutory compliance.

This session, “New Labour Codes in Action,” focuses on translating the key provisions of the Codes into practical workplace applications and helping organisations prepare for effective implementation.
